Acceptance of terms

These terms of use (“terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Akro AI Pte. Ltd. (“Akro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including any content, materials, features, or services made available on or through the website (collectively, the “site”).

Akro retains all rights, title, and interest in the software.

Indemnity

• your violation of these terms
• your infringement of any intellectual property or third-party rights
